It is imperative that Club holds relevant and up to date information for all members. Our annual Membership Renewal is due on 1st September (as per BIS guidelines), however should there be a change to any member's details throughout the season, it is vital that you contact us to update the Club's records. For example, changes in your address or contact details, medical history/allergies. We need to know about any changes to the information on the Membership Form.
If a skater leaves club during the season or does not renew their membership in August, we delete the records immediately. Please remember, it is the member's responsibility to renew their membership and ensure that the details provided are up to date.
We will use your data for the group registers, in the case of an emergency, sending out e-newsletters about club news and competitions and emails about group changes.
This policy is reviewed annually in September.
